Pinnokio

Fiduciary solution

Your mandates move forward.
You steer the files.

Pinnokio links your clients' activity to your firm's work. Document collection, accounting processing and exchanges follow the rules of each mandate, with your approvals.

Three client companies linked to a fiduciary firm, which connects them to a secure client portal; below, the journey of a missing document: request, secure upload, case resumes.

Accounting production follows your organisation

Collect and route

Supplier invoices, bank statements, expense reports and supporting documents are received, sorted by document type and routed to the right processing.

Apply learned rules

For each supplier, Pinnokio learns the signature, the accounts and the VAT, then replays them. A new case is handled with care, then learned.

Use case: from invoice to journal entry

Set approvals per mandate

Which operations go through on their own and which need your approval: these thresholds are set mandate by mandate, from the cockpit.

Two roles, one coordination per file

The fiduciary firm steers. Your client's Pinnokio acts within its own environment. You choose the role and the level of involvement for each file.

Pinnokio on the firm's side

Several files at once, project follow-up, rules specific to each client.

Pinnokio on the client's side

It knows the company's context, uses the authorised tools and carries out actions within the file.

Active mode

It reacts to events and coordinates actions according to context and permissions.

On-instruction mode

It acts as a deputy: it waits for your instructions, then carries out the requested actions.

Example: the missing document

A document is missing for a bank reconciliation. The firm requests it in the portal, the client uploads it securely, and the document returns to the file's processing flow. No more printing and rescanning.

The portal extends your client relationship

A space dedicated to your clients, at your firm's address, to respond to your requests and follow their situation.

Requests and secure upload

You open an item, the client replies or uploads the document, with reminders. The document goes back into the file's processing.

Position and archives

Client dashboard: pending requests, income, cash position, ageing report for customers and suppliers, archives published by financial year.

In your firm's colours

The portal carries your fiduciary firm's name and colours.

Team and assignment

Each team member receives their mandates; approvals follow this assignment.

Activity counters

Documents processed, consumption and metered pricing, per mandate.

Several companies, several mandates

This is the territory of the fiduciary module: a firm manages several mandates, and sometimes several companies of the same client.

Dialogue between agents

The firm's Pinnokio asks the client's Pinnokio a question; the answer comes back in the file's thread.

Multi-company reporting

A client owns several companies with intercompany current accounts: the central agent asks each one for a precise report, gathers the answers and coordinates the reconciliation or consolidation.

Frequently asked questions

How does Pinnokio handle clients who don't all work the same way?

Pinnokio works per mandate: one client sends invoices at month-end, another only a bank statement, a third needs reminders. Learned rules (suppliers, accounts, VAT) and approvals are specific to each file, without mixing data between clients.

How can entries be proposed when the client only sends bank statements?

Pinnokio relies on the history of movements already booked to suggest the accounts to use, through rule-based scoring. Suggestions remain subject to approval and do not rely on a language model alone.

What is the client portal?

A space in the firm's colours where the client replies to document requests, uploads documents securely and views their situation (income, cash position, ageing report, archives). A personalised assistant is announced as an upcoming feature.

What is a Fidtech?

It is our name for a fiduciary firm whose organisation and execution rely on Pinnokio: the professional keeps control (processes, rules, exceptions, advice) and delegates a growing share of execution.

Can a firm's clients see other clients' data?

By design, no: data is partitioned by company and by mandate, and the client's access to the portal is limited to their own file.
